Mouth ulcers are a menace. First of all, what are they? Mouth ulcers are sores that can appear anywhere around your mouth, generally internally. They are mostly harmless and stay for about a week or two. The problem is they make eating a really difficult task. Talking becomes a problem too. 1.Use fresh coconut milk and then, start gargling with it 3-4 times each day.

2.Start boiling coriander leaves. Now, let the water stay and cool and then, use that water for gargling 3-4 times each day.

3.Get a glass of lukewarm water and a glass of cold water and then, gargle with them, alternating between the two. This will make mouth ulcers go away fast and quite effectively.

4.Basil leaves are a delight. You can chew on these leaves with a little bit of water every day. About 5-6 basil leaves should be great for you. Do it 6 times every day to get the best results.

5.Put a pinch of turmeric powder in one teaspoon of glycerine. Now, apply it to your ulcers.

6.Crush Indian gooseberries and apple and mix them up in a way that it can be used as a paste. Then apply this paste on your ulcer spots. Do this, two times every day.

7.Put some sea salt in lukewarm water in a cup. Now, use this mixture as a mouthwash. Swish it in the mouth for about thirty seconds and then, eject it out.

8.Tea tree oil can be used as an anti-inflammatory. Just rub a bit of it on your ulcers – about two drops – and see the wonder.

9.Veggies are always best for your health. Eat salads raw and ensure that it is loaded with fresh onions. You can bid ulcers goodbye with this kind of diet.

10.Go for cranberry juice. Don’t just gulp it down – let it stay in your mouth for some time so that it can interact with the ulcerous spots.

PRECAUTIONS TO FOLLOW FOR BEST RESULTS

  • Don’t use a hard toothbrush – go for softer ones.
  • When you are having some cold drink, try to use a straw.
  • Fruits and yoghurts are your friends. Consume them more.
  • Don’t eat spicy food too much.
  • Try not to drink coffee or tea during this period.
  • Don’t smoke cigarettes or drink alcohol – it will just aggravate the problem.

Mouth ulcers are terrible but following these simple steps can help you say goodbye to them.
